These steps taken by CBSE and Microsoft to avoid paper leaks |
Paper Leaks ; CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) and Microsoft has prepared a new plan to avoid paper leaks during board exams. This year, after the Class X and XII paper leaks of CBSE this year, the board was quite rusty. This time CBSE has already done full proof planning to curb such incidents.
After the CBSE paper leaked this year, the candidates and their parents had to face a lot of trouble since the country's time. Let us know that 20,299 schools are registered under the CBSE throughout the country. CBSE has created an encrypted security solution by partnering with Microsoft. Now a digital question paper will be prepared for board examinations, for which Microsoft will provide security for 3 months.
Talking to the media, Anil Bhansali, managing director of Microsoft and Microsoft (Research and Development) and cloud and enterprise management manager, said, "We have prepared an innovative way in collaboration with the CBSE, with the help of which the question paper should be started Can not leak up to 30 minutes before.
Bhansali further said, if question paper gets leaked in some way, then it can not be downloaded until 30 minutes before the start of the examination. Our system can easily find out where the question paper is leaked, because every exam center will be watermarked separately.
At present, this security system is being run like a pilot program. Class 10 questions papers have been prepared for 487 centers under this pilot program. This pilot program was executed by CBSE and Microsoft in July.

How Security Works :
Under this pilot program, the Controller of Examinations developed this software solution with Windows 10 and Office 365. The whole system is equipped with two-factor-authentication, with the help of which the controllers present at the examination center will be able to find out where the paper is open. Apart from this, the question paper will be downloaded 30 minutes before the start of the examination through this authentication. It is equipped with one-time-password (OTP) as well as biometric security. This test depends on the controller which method it uses for verification. This security system may also be base-based.
Emails link to Microsoft's OneDrive cloud at the CBSE's Administrator Examination Center This e-mail will have a question paper, which can be downloaded only after completion of verification process. According to Microsoft's official, this process of CBSE can also use other central and state boards.
